Frank is a lifelong resident of Ocean County who has always tried to help out and better his community.
He has proudly served our country as a Sergeant in the United States Army National Guard for 12 years, has volunteered in the local community as a Youth Football Coach for 10 seasons.
Frank and his family opened their home to 5 at risk siblings who otherwise would have been separated due to their parents’ opioid addiction, later adopting the 3 younger children.
He currently serves as a Board Member of the charity A Need We Feed and holds a Committee Member seat in the Township of Toms River on the Veterans Commission.
Frank is also a proud member of the Greater Toms River Chamber of Commerce.
