Frank is a dedicated lifelong resident of Ocean County, driven by a strong desire to improve and uplift his community. His journey into the insurance industry began when he personally experienced the negative impact of an agent who took advantage of his lack of knowledge and trust. Determined to make a difference, Frank committed himself to acquiring extensive knowledge in order to empower others to make informed decisions.

Having obtained his license in 2000, Frank has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the insurance field. Throughout his career, he has sought opportunities to learn from various companies and assemble a team of professionals who share his passion for serving others.

Beyond his accomplishments in the insurance industry, Frank has a distinguished record of service to his country and community. He proudly served as a Sergeant in the United States Army National Guard for 12 years, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to his country. Additionally, Frank devoted 10 seasons as a Youth Football Coach, imparting valuable life skills to young athletes.

Frank's compassionate nature extends beyond his professional and athletic endeavors. In a remarkable display of generosity, he and his family opened their home to five at-risk siblings whose parents struggled with opioid addiction, providing them with stability and love in a time of need.

Recognizing the importance of giving back, Frank currently serves as a Board Member of the charitable organization A Need We Feed. Additionally, he holds a Committee Member seat on the Veterans Commission in the Township of Toms River, actively working to support and advocate for veterans' rights. Frank takes great pride in being a member of the Greater Toms River Chamber of Commerce, contributing to the local business community.
